The "Reset"
A Concept of Operations for Recovery
Having been in combat, I use the "Concept of Operations", a military plan describing actions needed to be taken in the pursuit of a successful mission, to build a framework to help you maintain your sobriety.
A special problem needs a special solution. The "Reset" is a uniquely formulated plan of action to assist you in combating your alcohol use or substance use disorder.
The disease of addiction is about “getting out of ourselves”, using any mind/mood altering substance to not be ourselves, to escape the present moment.
There are multiple pathways to recovery, and you have to find what works for you. I will help you put in place the right formula for you to maintain your sobriety. Addiction is about bondage and means slavery in Latin but there is a solution, and it's the "Reset!"
Recovery is the fight for, and the fight of your life!
“Recovery from addiction to alcohol and other drugs is real. It’s achievable, sustainable and beautiful.”
Being in recovery myself, I have put together a unique 125-page workbook bringing together different pathways of recovery to include 12 step, SMART recovery, education-based recovery, cognitive behavior therapy using a peer-based format. This program and its workbook are unlike any other used in a recovery. Addiction grows until it takes over every part of the person's life, and the "Reset" will help to rebuild the recoveree's foundation so they can live joyous, happy and free.
Further, the “Reset” takes into account the individual’s cultural, social and religious values, behavioral needs, nature of their addiction as well as personal preferences to develop an individualized approach to their recovery. Below is the table of contents from the "Reset" workbook.
